• 1 pound shrimp (shelled, deveined, and cut into uniform sized pieces)
  • 1 Lemon Juiced
  • 3 Limes Juiced
  • 1 Orage Juiced
  • 1 Roma Tomato (Cleaned of seeds and Finely Diced)
  • 4” of English Cucumber (Peeled, cleaned of seeds, and finely diced)
  • 1 large jalapeno (seeded and finely diced)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Combine everything into a single bowl and let sit in a fridge for as long as it takes to “cook” the shrimp.  Serve either with plantain or corn tortilla chips.
