Chicken & Rice – Isaacson

1 can of cream of mushroom soup

1 can of cream of celery soup

1 can milk

1 soup can full of rice

8 – 10 pieces of chicken w/ bone

1 package dry onion soup mix

 

In a large pot, combine all three fluids into a single mixture and heat on low until well combined, then add the rice to the fluid and cook for approximately 5 minutes.  Then pour mixture into a 9″ x 13″ greased baking dish, then arrange the chicken pieces on top.  Sprinkle the onion soup mix over top and then bake for 2 hours at 325.  Let stand and cool for 10 minutes before serving.
