Rainier Cherry Old Fashioned

2 oz bourbon

2 Rainier cherries, chopped

dash of lemon zest

2 drops ginger bitters

Combine the bourbon, lemon zest, cherries and two ice cubes in a shaker and shake well for 30 seconds then pour over fresh ice.
